1. Who sells the robes
We sell bathrobes and related loungewear. The operating company is based in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. The Brooklyn, New York address is for authorized returns and customer-service processing. It is not a U.S. factory or U.S. headquarters.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) and able to enter a binding contract. Checkout information must be accurate.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
4. Acceptable use

Colors and fabric texture can vary slightly by screen and by batch. Size charts are guides; fit may vary by body shape. We may correct listing errors and cancel affected lines with a refund of amounts paid for canceled items.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before checkout is complete. Sales tax may apply based on the ship-to address. Payment is collected through methods shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent or unfulfillable orders.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Confirmation email does not guarantee every line is in stock. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund that portion.
8. Shipping and returns
Shipping rules are in the Shipping Policy (contiguous U.S.; free standard shipping on orders $100+). Return and exchange rules are in the Refund Policy; approval is required before you ship a robe back.
