1. Where do you ship?
We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more (before tax). Orders under $100 are charged a flat $9.99 for standard shipping. The final shipping amount appears at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Please contact us first for approval and instructions. Unused, unwashed robes with tags are generally eligible when approved. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us ideally within 7 days with photos. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page.
4. What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. If the return is due to a product issue, we'll provide an appropriate solution. For customer preference returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
