At Benoriva, we are committed to providing reliable shipping services throughout the continental United States. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • P.O. Boxes

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $100.00: Flat-rate Standard Shipping of $9.99

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total before taxes and will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are typically processed within the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Typical order processing time is 1-2 business day.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.

After your order has been processed, Standard Shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to weather or carrier-related delays.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes will be automatically calculated and collected during checkout in accordance with the shipping destination and applicable U.S. tax regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Benoriva is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
