Time limits
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible preference returns.
For stains, tears, wrong size/color shipped in error, or clear listing issues, contact us ideally within 7 days of delivery and attach clear photos of the robe and packaging.
Eligible vs not
Often accepted (if approved):
- Arrived damaged, defective, or not the item ordered
- Material or color materially different from the listing
- Unused, unwashed robe with tags and original packaging (change of mind), when we approve it
Usually declined:
- Worn, washed, altered, or missing tags
- Returns after the stated window
- Parcels sent back with no prior approval
- Final-sale items marked non-returnable (except when the fault is ours)
How to start (approval first)
- Email service@benoriva.com or call +1 718-745-9632 with order number and reason; include photos for product issues.
- Wait for written approval and instructions (typically 1–2 business days).
- Pack the robe cleanly in its packaging when possible.
- Ship only to the address in your approval message, with tracking.
Do not mail returns to our China facility or to Brooklyn without the destination confirmed in your approval email.

Return shipping cost
Our error (damage, defect, wrong item, serious misdescription):
- We cover reasonable return postage when applicable
- Refund of product price and original outbound shipping if you paid any
- No restocking fee
- Replacement or exchange may be offered when stock allows

- Refund of product price only; original shipping is non-refundable

When refunds post
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are usually submitted within 7 business days to the original payment method. Banks may need another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Returns that fail inspection
If the robe is not as described in your request or was never authorized, we will email you. We may ship it back at your expense or close the case without a refund if there is no timely reply.

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank so we can resolve fit, shipping, or product issues directly when possible.
