Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items should meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these return conditions are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.

Customer Responsibility Returns

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or no longer want the product, you may still return your order within the eligible return period.

In these situations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued for the product purchase price. The original shipping charge (if applicable) is non-refundable.

Returns Due to Product Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

After verification, Benoriva will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item.
  • A full refund.
  • A prepaid return shipping solution when a return is required.

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to our error or a verified product quality issue.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at service@benoriva.com within the applicable return period.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Carefully package the item and ship it to the return address provided below.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please do not return items without contacting our customer support team first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Refund Processing

After your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period.

If you would like a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

If the exchange is requested due to customer preference (such as selecting a different size or color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the exchange is required because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Benoriva will cover any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, any item that has been used, washed, altered, or returned without its original tags is not eligible for a refund.
